Those postcards are for neighborhood association election meetings (many in the fall) or events (some in mid-to-late summer). The inactive neighborhood associations are Central City, Northeast, Pleasant Valley.

They only send cards out to the neighborhood meeting that are having meetings. So it could take a long time for all the community to get a card. I feel this is not a great idea.

Think about going to parks (on nice days) in neighborhoods you're trying to reach.
